Insomnia

well i can't sleep. no...let me refraise that.....i can't sleep at night when i should be sleeping. even when i go to bed at a normal hour....10-11pm....i wake up around 2'ish...and im up the rest of the night. its now 4:30am ive been sitting here for the last hour after tossing and turning trying to go back to sleep, i gave up. this is really starting to piss me off.

i really dont have much to say. there really isn't much going on. work is good. its there. my mind is blank right now. lol

im going back to weight watchers again. now that i dont' have the 2nd job and i can go back to my thursday night meetings which im really happy about. ive gained so much weight.

this pisses me off too.

I was thinking about joining weight watchers again, too. Maybe the online version. I love how you keep track of your point values online. It has EVERYTHING in the database already, and it keeps track for you, so it just cuts out the whole journaling on paper shit. I am so not good at doing anything on paper.

The swimming thing does help me sleep. Do you swim? I had to order like, a giant swimming suit, and the hardest thing about swimming is getting the balls to get in it and parade in front of people. I decided to say fuck it and do it anyway, because I'm not living my life for them. THey're not gonna think about the fat chick at the pool again, most likely, and it's my life I'm stuck with if I decide to stay home and eat ben & jerry's instead. Not that i won't still eat ben & jerry's, but after a 2 hour workout it doesn't seem as bad.

It's good for me, because walking for too long hurts my back, the machines at the gym just scare the shit out of me. All of those gym bunnies in nike sports bras are enough to give me hives.

So yea. OH, and my doc. told me to take a hot shower at night and use lavender body wash, then get into bed and don't watch tv or anything, and it will put you right to sleep. Not sure if it works or not.

Damn. Sorry for writing a book on your blog.
